Introduction + Design Brief

This term in design, we are working on our enterprise project in pairs (Aiman&Fawaz) with an aim to show our design -business and cooking skills. Our business is to make food from India. We thought that it is a great idea since most of the people gave a good feedback on my cooking skills of Indian food. We believe it is the right time to sell it during our sport day/school day. This food can also be promote Indian culture by the taste whether its spicy or not.

Our product is going to be butter chicken and you'll have a selection of white rice or naan bread.Also we are going to serve Masala Chai.We are going to use plastic plates and plastic cups.We have divided our missions to make this products.Aiman is going to make the butter chicken.While Fawaz will provide and make a cold and hot beverage and white rice.Our target audience is the whole school.As we mentioned in the first paragraph we are going to cook our dishes in Indian style.We would like to make a savoury dish and we have thought that the indian food is the best option and the price of it is 4 pounds , on the other hand the beverage is going to sold for 1.5-2 pounds.
