At first, me and Fawaz decided to create a fidget spinner. However we thought that it would be difficult and would require a lot of time. It will also require a lot of money to buy the parts of the spinner such as the bearings. So for our business day. Me and Fawaz decided to sell in the canteen because most our target audience which is the students and teachers are all going to be in the canteen. But then we change our mind since the canteen was going to be full because MYP1 to MYP5 had lunch together. We emailed Mr Zak if we could use the room in Brasilia but it was taken due to language lesson. So we moved to Abuja since we were allowed and it wasn't taken. It was better in Abuja because when they were queuing for their lunch. They could see our shop which we present the room with a picture of my drawing of an Indian chef and Fawaz's poster which was our logo. The changes we made help us to meet our specification. Especially for our target audience. Our customer usually walk pass Abuja to que for their lunch. This will give us advantage of our business because they could see our shop. For my recipes butter chicken. I made the taste of the gravy less spicy and more sweetness because it is the original taste of butter chicken. I know this from Ms Perissa during our 1st term in international food day.
Furthermore, in the masala chai recipe , Fawaz have changed the recipe where he changed the tea with masala chai powder and added the ginger or cardamom.
For our business day, Me and Aiman thought about a lot of things to change.First, Me and Aiman decided to do fidget spinners where we got positive feedback and negative feedback about doing fidget spinners.Moreover, Me and my college changed our Idea of doing fidget spinners to cooking Indian food.Me and Aiman divided our roles where he decided to butter chicken as his main dish and mango lassi as beverage.As for me , I have done zafaroon rice as main dish , nann bread with cheese or nutella as a side dish and Masala chai as my beverage. The reason that we chose to do Indian food because in the first term , we have done an international food fair and we were most students to get positive feedback in the fair , so we were confident.Also, our target audience wanted to eat more cultural food because they think that cultural food have a better taste.
Secondly, we changed our logo where we used a restaurants logo and adjusted on it. My college and I wanted to change it to make it more professional and more attractive to have more costumers.Also, We thought that it is unfair to steal somebody else work.Furthermore, the new logo showed more quality and efficiency which contributed in attracting more students.
Thirdly, me and Aiman decided to sell our food in brasillia during the language day because the canteen was reserved for language students. So, we emailed Mr Zak and he didn't allow us to use the classroom , so we changed our location to Abuja.This will give us advantage of our business because they could see our shop.
