Research analysis

Survey - We made a survey. We did this to gather information wether they know Indian culture for example different festivals, food and traditional clothes in India. I will use this information to give us some ideas to create our dish.

Interview - We interviewed people from Camden town where they sell different kind of food from different country for example Indian and Thailand. We asked some question to the chef. (Question and responses below)

1. Which of the food you served are the best? - Chicken Korma, Chicken tandoori and butter chicken.

2. How much is the dish? - £5 - £6

Internet - I did a research from the internet. I did this to know more information of the culture. I can apply this to give me many ideas of many kind of food from India so because I can decide which food I will create.
