Butter Chicken with rice:

• Aesthetics – In my opinion, the foil containers was a great idea but it was to simple. It would have been better it is covered with Indian wallpaper around it.

• Cost - It cost 5 pound for a medium portion. 5 pound is a good price because it is a medium size full of chicken and rice.

• Customer - In Camden, most of them are tourist or students for a school trip. I think the target customer is tourist.

• Environment - It was sold in Camden market surrounded with many traditional food from different countries.

• Size - It was a medium portion.

• Safety- It was safe because there wasn't any sharpe edges and it is covered with tissue below the containers to keep your hand warm while you carry it.

• Function – The foil containers support the food to keep hot.

• Materials - The portion is made of foil containers. This is good to keep the food hot at a amount of time.

Masala Chai:

• Aesthetics – In my opinion, Masala Chai in dishoom is good, but the way that they have presented this drink wasn't showing the indian culture although the taste presented it very well.It would be better if they changed the cup and put something could present the Indian culture.

• Cost - The cost of the beverage is £2.5. I believe this is a good price because the size of the cup is big.

• Customer - In Dishoom, most of the customers are either tourists or Londoners.

• Environment - The location of the resturant is good because it is in the centre of London.Central London is surrounded by tourists and students as it is a point of interest for tourists.

• Size - The size of the cup is large.

• Safety- The product is safe because the product is placed in a safe environment. and there is cup holder to stop it from falling

• Function – The glass slow down the coolness of the hot drink

• Materials - The beverage is placed in glass cup.
