Aiman:
I will create butter chicken since they only know chicken curry. I wanted to make something new because most of the students in school don't know butter chicken so it will be interesting for my customer. In addition, I will also include naan bread but I won't make it so I will buy it from Tesco.

Chicken Curry -
Skinless chicken
large onions,
Chop large tomatoes,
Diced 2 large red-skinned potatoes,
Chop Coriander Leaves2 red chillies
Sunflower oil
Ginger-garlic paste
Black pepper to taste
Curry powder
Garam masala
Ground turmeric
Ground cumin
Salt 1/2 teaspoon of red chili

Biryani -
Basmati rice
Cardamon
Ginger/Garlic paste
Tomatoes
Large onion
Black pepper
Cinnamon

Roasted spices - spicy taste.
Ginger raita for a heavenly meal.

Naan Bread -
Baking soda
Salt
Sugar
Yogurt at room temperature
Oil
Warm water
Soft butter or ghee
Chop cilantro
Chop green chili (optional)
Sea salt
Fawaz:

4 whole cloves
2 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
3 cups water
1⁄4teaspoon ground ginger
1⁄8teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1⁄2cup milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons black tea (decaf is best)
Recipe:
In a mortar, crush the cloves, cardamom pods and cinnamon, or use a coffee grinder.
Transfer the crushed spices to a small saucepan, add the water, ginger and pepper and bring to a boil.
Remove the pan from the heat, cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
Add the milk and sugar to the pan and bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and add the tea.
Cover and let steep for 3 minutes.
Stir the chai, then strain it into a warmed teapot or directly into teacups.
