Aesthetics:

The design of our stand needs to be aesthetic so we can attract the target audience, staff members to our dishes. We will put Indian traditional events, clothes and history. We will make sure that it is well organize, neat and clean.

Environment:

We will create our dish at home and some of them in the kitchen at ICS.

Do not waste materials/food for example tissue/napkin and try to avoid spilling food.

Safety:

Stay in the kitchen while you are frying, grilling and boiling food.

Put the food gently o the pan so the oil does not splatter.

Size:

The size of our dish will be the size of a small normal takeaway foil box. Approximately 250 grams.
